Celebrating Tupac's B-Day

Tupac Shakur would have turned 39 today. He was born on June 16th 1971. To celebrate his birthday, his mother, Afeni Shakur, has organized a concert in Stone Mountain, Georgia, at the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center, where big names of the Hip-Hop industry will perform such as Rick Ross and Bun B, who stated that: “I'm always ready to help uphold the honor of Hip-Hop's fallen soldier. I take pride in standing and remembering 2Pac, one of the greatest ever.”

On the West Coast, starting at 9:00 PM at the Dakota Lounge in Santa Monica, California, Tupac’s brother Mopreme Shakur, will remember the West Coast rap star with yet another group of famous rappers such as Above The Law, Money B. and Raz B.

In a recent interview, Mopreme asserted that: "Makaveli lives. We're celebrating my baby brother and the King Of Rap's birthday once again. As we move forward in the rap game, it's really important that we take time out to remember those that put it down before us and gave us the foundation for what we have today."

Even Madame Tussauds will pay tribute to Tupac. The wax figures of Tupac and Biggie will be brought together, respectively from Las Vegas and New York, to the Madame Tussauds’ Washington, DC. Museum. The replicas will remain together, side-by-side, for three months, thus giving the fans the opportunity of being photographed with these two Hip-Hop legends, whose murders are still unsolved.
